The original owner of these camouflage documents were, until January 2003, located in North America. However when the US Patriot Act and Homeland Security laws were enacted, it became untenable to produce these type of products within the United States. The business with all equipment and supplies were sold to non Americans and moved outside of US Jurisdiction.
